Verfahren zur Herstellung von geschweißten Halsflanschen:

Materialauswahl:
Beschaffung von Rohmaterial für Schmieden nach Materialbedarf des Kunden.
Schneiden und Formen:
Schneiden Sie das Rohmaterial in Standardgrößen und schmieden Sie die Ausgangsform des Flansches.
Wärmebehandlung:
Führen Sie eine Wärmebehandlung wie Glühen, Normalisieren oder Abschrecken durch, um die mechanischen Eigenschaften des Materials zu verbessern und Schweißspannungen zu beseitigen.
Mechanische Verarbeitung:
Mechanische Bearbeitung wie Drehen, Fräsen, Bohren etc. an den Flanschen durchführen.
Inspektion und Prüfung:
Aussehensprüfung der Flansche, zerstörungsfreie Prüfung (wie Ultraschallprüfung, Strahlenprüfung usw), um sicherzustellen, dass die Flansche dem Konstruktionsdruck standhalten können.
Oberflächenbehandlung:
Die Oberfläche der Flansche wird entsprechend den Vertragsanforderungen, wie Sandstrahlen, Lackieren, Verzinken oder Verchromen, behandelt.
Kennzeichnung und Qualitätskontrolle:
Kennzeichnung und Endkontrolle fertiger Flansche nach Kundenwunsch.
Verpackung und Lagerung:
Verpacken Sie die Flansche ordnungsgemäß und legen Sie sie in das Fertigwarenlager, wo sie auf den Versand warten.
