Manufacturing Process for Spiral Welded Pipe
- Uncoiling Plate Exploration: The Steel Plate Will Be Uncoiled and Then Entered into the Production Line, The First to Carry Out Ultrasonic Inspection of the Whole Plate.
- Leveling and Milling: The Anvil Machine makes the Original Rolled Steel Plate Neat, And Then Through the Milling Machine on Both Sides of the Steel Plate to Carry out Double-Sided Milling, So That It Meets the Requirements of the Plate Width, Edge Flatness and Bevel Shape. 3. Cutting and Shaping: In the Production Line Along the Outer Edge of the Steel Plate Spiral Rolled into a Tube Shape.
- Butt-Welding Cutting: Advanced Two-Sided Arc Welding Technology Is Used for Pre-Welding, Internal Welding, and External Welding. The Welded Steel Pipe Is Cut into Standardized Length by a Plasma Ruler.
- Visual Inspection: Some Basic Parameters Are Inspected by Professional Technicians.
- Ultrasonic Flaw Detection: 100% Inspection of the Inside and Outside Welding and the Parent Material on Both Sides of the Weld.
- X-Ray Flaw Detection: 100% X-Ray Industrial TV Inspection on Both Inside and Outside Welding, Using Image Processing System to Ensure the Sensitivity of the Flaw Detection.
- Pressure Test: The Hydraulic Testing Machine to Carry out Root-by-Root Inspection of the Steel Pipe to Ensure That the Steel Pipe to Meet the Requirements of the Required Test Pressure.
- Chamfering and Flattening: The Pipe End Processing Will Be Carried Out After Passing the Inspection to Meet the Required Pipe End Beveling Specifications.
- Final Inspection: Re-Perform Ultrasonic and X-Ray Flaw Detection and Magnetic Particle Inspection of the Pipe End, and Check the Existence of Welding Problems and Pipe End Shortcomings.
