- Slitting: Cutting the Strip Coil to Size to Ensure the Quality and Shape of the Strip.
- Loading Inspection: Check Whether the Steel Number or Grade and Specification of the Narrow Strip Steel Meet the Requirements of the Contract.
- Shear Butt Welding: Ensure That the Burrs of the Narrow Strip Steel Are in the Right Direction and That Proper Weld Openings Are Left When Butt Welding.
- Live Jacket Storage: Use the Pinch Roller or Storage Disk to Rotate and Roll the Strip into the Disk.
