Blindflansch
Der Blindflansch ist ein Produkt zum schnellen Schließen einer Rohrleitung durch den Anschluss der Geschweißter Flansch Am Ende der Leitung mit Schrauben und MutternDer Blindflansch kann den Zweck einer vorübergehenden oder dauerhaften Kürzung erfüllen.
Durch die Schraubverbindung ist es sehr flexibel und lässt sich bei Wartungs- oder Reinigungsarbeiten am Rohr leicht demontieren.

Kundenspezifische Verpackung
Balingsteel verfügt über umfangreiche Erfahrung im Export von Blindflanschen und hat strenge Anforderungen an Verpackung und Kennzeichnung.
In Bezug auf die Verpackung verwenden wir Holzkisten oder Holzpalettenverpackungen mit Flanschschutzhüllen, doppellagigem Polstermaterial und einer begasungsfreien Holzplattenisolierung, um Schäden während des Transports zu vermeiden.
In Bezug auf die Markierung können wir Etiketten, Laser- oder gravierte dauerhafte Markierungen anpassen. So können Sie das Blindflanschmodell und die Größe auch nach vielen Jahren noch leicht erkennen.

Um welche Art von Blindflansch handelt es sich?
Die folgenden Arten von Blindflanschen werden in der Öl- und Gasindustrie häufig verwendet.

Flachflansch
Die Anschlussfläche ist flach und der Preis ist der niedrigste unter den Blindtypen, die üblicherweise für Rohrverbindungen ohne Druckanforderungen verwendet werden.

RF (Raised Face) Blindflansch
Der Verbindungsflansch wird angehoben und hauptsächlich verwendet Öl- und Gaspipelines mit niedrigem und mittlerem Druck.

RTJ (Ring Type Joint) Blindflansch
Blindflansche mit einer Ringnut auf der Anschlussfläche werden häufig bei Ultrahochdruckanwendungen eingesetzt und weisen eine hervorragende Dichtleistung auf.

Brillenblindflansch
Besteht normalerweise aus einer festen und einer perforierten Scheibe und wird hauptsächlich zum Isolieren und Absperren der Flüssigkeit in der Rohrleitung verwendet.
